Return & Exchange Policy

New merchandise may only be exchanged for different sizes within 15 days of your receipt. Tags must still be attached, and the merchandise must be in new saleable condition. Inventory cannot be guaranteed to be available.. Exchanges may be subject to a re-shipment charge to cover postage.

If you wish to return an item that was sent by mistake or is defective, send an e-mail to service@misotto.com Indicate the nature of the error, Name on the Credit Card and date of order.

We offer only quality products; that is why we are confidant that you will be satisfied with the purchases that you have made at our site. However, we are aware that sometimes, mistakes can happen and you order the wrong size. Our priority is to make the procedure as simple as possible.

Due to the intimate nature of underwear, we cannot accept any products for returns.
